Context

ENLARED, a contractor for the ISP NETUNO, managed its logistics manually. They relied on physical completion orders and isolated Excel sheets to track inventory and technical field work.

The Challenge

The extensive data journey from field work to the office caused constant information loss. Additionally, administrators wasted countless hours manually transcribing and managing data.

The Solution

I designed and developed a multi-platform system (Web and Mobile) from scratch. The key innovation was integrating an AI WhatsApp chatbot (Gemini) that automatically extracts data from order images. The system now manages inventory, assigns crews, and exports reports frictionlessly.

Results

Information loss was eradicated, and the entire workflow was automated. Administrative workload was drastically reduced, achieving unprecedented efficiency when processing and closing each service order.
