Context

The project was born as a weekend experiment during a vacation. Inspired by a viral meme of a Colombian pet 'ID card', I decided to transform that internet joke into a real, scalable, and accessible product for any user.

The User's Problem

Although the idea was fun, the average user lacks Photoshop skills to make convincing photo montages. The market lacked a free, intuitive, and friction-free platform where people could instantly create a high-quality document.

The Experience Created

I developed a web application where users can upload their pet's photo, enter their details, and automatically export a structured PDF with templates from different nationalities. Currently, I am iterating the system to evolve it into a native mobile app.

Community Impact

The project demonstrated excellent organic Product-Market Fit. Thanks to its ease of use, users began generating and sharing their pets' IDs on social media, driving web traffic through community-driven virality.
